Tay apprenticed at Tattoo Salvation under Jesse Fraser and started tattooing at the end of 2023. She specializes primarily in fine line black and grey work - all things cute or tough. Appointments are preferred Wednesday through Sunday, but she is also happy to take walk-ins, when available.
